Berkeley Community Acupuncture (BCA) is located in the heart of North Denver and the Tennyson Street Art District. Our mission at BCA is to make quality health care accessible to anyone. This is accomplished by integrating community and traditional acupuncture to create an affordable and effective treatment plan.

Community style acupuncture is a major component of the affordable health care mission. This treatment method takes place in an open environment, which facilitates synergistic healing between patients. Treating multiple patients at the same time is part of how BCA is able to offer a sliding-scale fee. While the space is open, canvas partitions give patients plenty of privacy where they can relax during their treatment.

To ensure confidentiality and in order for practitioners to achieve an in-depth understanding of the patients’ health, the first treatment takes place in a private room. Continued private treatments are offered at very reasonable rates.

Massage therapy is also an integral part of the health care available at Berkeley Community Acupuncture, and is provided by licensed massage therapist, Amy Kelly.

BCA is owned and operated by two graduates of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese medicine, Scott Dorn, and Andrew Young. Both received a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and are licensed acupuncturists in the state of Colorado.

Coming this summer, BCA will host local artists’ work every First Friday for the Tennyson Street Artwalk. Come by to see some local art, enjoy refreshments, and talk to Scott, Andy and Amy about how acupuncture and massage can improve your life!
