After growing up in St. Louis, Jamie moved to Colorado in 2005 and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science. After taking an internship in Vail at a fitness facility she realized her interest in touch therapy and how the body can be benefited through the power of manual therapy.
Jamie believes in a very rounded approach to health and has much interest in the mind body connection. She believes there are many paths to making a healthy body and mind and likes to use several different types of therapies such as Joint-Range-of-Motion, Deep Tissue Manipulation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Motion Palpation, and some Acupressure Therapy. Other than the specialties she can provide she suggests activities such as yoga, meditation, or any other physical activity to manifest healthier minds. She hopes to offer relief to as many people as possible and to continue learning paths of healing through her career.
